After the removal please run again : yum clean allClick to expand... How do I troubleshoot Emacs problems? This system is receiving updates from ULN. port 80/443 is blocked). his comment is here

There are a few ways to work "fix" this: 1. I tested both the ol5_u8_base and ol5_latest repos. Then I would ensure that you only add the specific ULN repository that has the packages that you need (what do you need from ULN? yum will be be much slower).

Can you run "yum clean all" and perhaps even delete everything in /var/cache/yum/ and try again?Note that OL5U8 is vulnerable to ALL of the latest high-profile security issues. Alternatively, if they are not providing packages that you need you can remove them. Given that you can use the repo, it sounds like something's hosed on my server. Have you tried using different mirrors?
