It seemed to cause more trouble in the long run. It's a 500gig SATA! I know it doesn't seem like it would work but after 8 hrs of messing with this issue, this is what finaly did the trick.I changed the drive letter to "d:\i386". Once Windows started it mapped the drive as D: and no longer used CdRom0.

I tried lots of the fixes mentioned on this site including the registry fix, ejecting the disc then clicking ok, autochk.exe, switching around the boot order in BIOS, and a few I386\asms Download Loading... When the dialog appears, press "Shift + F10". clean the cd\dvd burner, Hardware replacement, new disk and a way to check if your original media doesnt work properly.
